How Does a Smokeless Inhaler Work?
An AIRITU smokeless inhaler uses airflow through the product structure and around its configured aroma carrier; it does not use a vapor or aerosol format. Reusable R SERIES products use an applicable AIRITU CORE configuration, while the D-D001 route is supplied as a ready-to-use, pre-infused product in an individual sealed pouch. This page explains the parts and handling sequence for each route. Compare the format first, then request samples to evaluate the product, aroma and packaging context for your market.
Inside the product
Three connected parts shape the format.
The product body, aroma CORE and airflow route work together in the selected configuration.
Mouthpiece
The upper component forms the product interface and connects to the internal structure.
Aroma CORE
The aroma carrier sits inside the relevant product configuration.
Air path
Air moves through the product around the configured aroma CORE.
Reusable route
Load the selected CORE into R SERIES.
R SERIES supports a replaceable aroma CORE so the reusable product and aroma configuration can be evaluated separately.
Open the product
Separate the mouthpiece from the reusable body.
Prepare the CORE
Use the selected bottled-aroma or prepared CORE configuration.
Load and close
Place the CORE in position and reconnect the mouthpiece.
Use and replace
Use the product as configured, then replace the CORE when required.
Ready-to-use route
Open the pouch and use D-D001 directly.
D-D001 arrives factory pre-infused in an individual sealed bag. The product follows a separate use route from R SERIES.
Open the pouch
Tear open the individual sealed bag.
Remove the product
Take out the factory pre-infused D-D001 unit.
Use directly
No aroma liquid needs to be added before use.
Dispose after use
Discard the single-use unit after use.
