Information you provide
The inquiry form collects Name, Company, Country, Email, Product, Quantity, and Message. Brand and Phone are optional. The website has no customer accounts, website payment, or direct ecommerce checkout. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or other marketing list.
Why information is used
AIRITU uses inquiry information to understand the request, respond, prepare samples or quotations where requested, discuss a possible business relationship, keep relevant business records, protect the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, these activities rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business and security interests, consent for non-essential tracking, or a legal obligation.
Technical data
Cloudflare provides website hosting, edge security, and Turnstile form protection. When an inquiry is submitted, the application reads the Cloudflare-provided connecting IP address only to send it to Turnstile verification. The repository application does not read User-Agent headers and does not log the inquiry body, IP address, or User-Agent. Cloudflare may process connection, security, and service-log data under the configured Cloudflare service; its live settings and retention must be verified at launch.
Service providers
Cloudflare may process technical data for hosting and security. Zoho Mail is the designated business mailbox. Zoho ZeptoMail is the recommended inquiry-delivery service but is not configured in this repository; the form remains disabled until an approved production delivery adapter and provider settings exist. With the relevant consent and configured public IDs, Google may provide Analytics and Ads services, Meta may provide Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn may provide the Insight Tag. AIRITU may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities, or transaction participants when reasonably necessary and lawful.
International processing
AIRITU operates from China and serves business contacts in multiple markets. Information may therefore be processed in China or other countries where approved providers operate. Where transfer rules apply, AIRITU will use an appropriate transfer mechanism or other lawful basis. Whether an EU GDPR Article 27 representative or UK GDPR representative is required remains under legal determination; no representative details are invented on this page.
Retention
Inquiry and business-relationship information may be retained for up to 48 months after the last substantive business interaction, unless a longer period is required for a legal claim, contract, tax, compliance, security, or other legal obligation. Information may be deleted earlier where appropriate. Security and provider logs follow the applicable provider configuration and legal requirements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator. Those tools stay denied until Advertising consent is given and a corresponding service ID is configured. You can reject or later change that choice.
